COVID PRECAUTION TREATMENT GUIDELINES
Welcome back! We are so excited to be open and able to provide our signature treatments to our valued clientele once more. Below are some of the precautionary measures we have had to put in place in order to comply with the rules and regulations of re-opening. Please be aware of them prior to your arrival, so that you are fully informed of your spa treatment experience.
Please note – it is mandatory to wear a mask while inside the spa. You will be able to remove it during facials.
Verbal Screening and Written Consent prior to the start of your treatment
Signs and Symptoms: We will be asking you verbally as to whether you are experiencing any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19 such as Fever, Dry Cough, Difficulty Breathing, Shortness of Breath, Chest Pain or Pressure, Muscle Aches or Pains, Sore Throat, Headache, Diarrhea, Loss of Taste or Smell, Runny Nose and/or Sneezing, Lethargy or Fatigue.
Social Distancing: As we cannot social distance to perform a facial, facial waxing or facial laser treatment, you must consent to the treatment being performed without social distancing in place. In addition, although we will be wearing face masks that cover our nose and mouth, you will not be able to wear a face mask in your treatment, which may add to your risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Cancellation Policy: If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed above, please do not come to your appointment. We will be happy to accommodate you when you are feeling better, and no penalty will be enforced for your need to re-schedule, no matter how last-minute. In addition, please note that some of our staff and their immediate family are at a higher risk if they contact the COVID-19 virus. Please keep them in mind when it comes to your health and deciding to reschedule your appointment. Thank you!
Enhanced Sanitation Practices
- Hand sanitation stations at the front entrance and in every distinct spa area
- Protective partition at the front desk for cashout and social distancing in the spa retail area
- Staggered appointments to ensure a maximum of 2-4 people in the spa at any time
- Private shopping times bookable outside your appointments if needed
- Providing ongoing curbside/contact-less pickup and online/over-the-phone ordering
- Additional cleaning measures in between each client and at the start and close of every business day
What To Expect: Your Treatment Experience
Length of Treatment: As we are not able to social distance, we are mandated to limit the time we spend with each client in the treatment room for a maximum of 75 minutes. For our facial treatments that would normally include a back massage, we will be omitting this step for the foreseeable future. All the other massage and facial elements will remain. In addition, we will not be altering the prices at this time to account for the lack of the back massage or increasing them to account for the additional cleaning and protection measures we have been required to put into place. We will do our best to not increase our prices unless absolutely necessary.
